Can I pay at closing?

Yes. Complete a one-time setup and you can pay $0 today for any listing, then pay when it closes.

How fast is delivery?

24-hour turnaround on photos. Videos take a little longer.

How many photos do I need?

25 photos for homes under 2,000 sq ft, 40 under 3,000 sq ft, and 50 for 3,000+ sq ft. Bundles can be upgraded on the add-ons step.

I'm listing on Zillow Showcase. What do I book?

The Showcase Bundle has everything Showcase needs. Please use lloydrephoto@gmail.com when asked during the photographer part of the Showcase setup.

Can I be in the video?

Yes. The Premium Cinematic Listing Video can feature you on camera, and either video can be shot vertical or horizontal with your branding added on request.
